 Bug: Double Tax when billing.
 Solved. Only applies to dropship. Customers are charged tax for the order, then when we get the shipping charge from vendor, we charge tax again. Solution is to disable tax on merchandise when we bill customer initially.

Tax Law Change:

For the first time in recent history, the percentage a real estate investor will pay in federal capital gains tax will be tied to his household income. In 2013, households earning more than $400,000 ($450,000 if married and filing jointly) will see federal capital gains taxes increased from 15 percent to 20 percent. For most everyone else, capital gains tax rates would remain at 15 percent (the 0 percent rate is retained for taxpayers in the 10 percent and 15 percent tax brackets). Additionally, all capital gains taxes may now include the 3.8 percent Affordable Care Act net investment income tax also known as the Medicare Tax.

It's almost certain tax rates on dividend payments will rise, possibly by as much 43.4% for those in upper income brackets.

Some investors could be spared from the dividend tax, depending on the outcome of fiscal cliff negotiations. U.S. President Barack Obama has said he wants to increase the tax on those earning $400,000 or more, while Republicans have suggested raising the tax on those earning $1 million or more.

But even if you're not hit by higher dividend taxes, you could see the prices of stocks you own plunge because of a selloff by investors worried about the higher tax rates.

i tried to do my own oil change but failed. I tighten it too much during my last oil change and I wasn't able to remove the oil filter. i made many trips to autozone trying different oil filter removers, but none of it worked. I decided to go to saavy around the block to see if they can take it out for cheap And they said they can do it for $10. That means in order to bring the car there, I need to pour the new motor oil in. I was hesitant to do this because I thought the motor oil will continuously leak out and end up wasting oil. The other choice was to pour the new oil in and drive with the slightly damaged oil filter. I guess being me, chasing for perfection since its going to bother my till my next oil change, I decided to have them remove it since its only $10. I spent send more than $10 on autozone, but I did return every tool I tried, so net expense is $0. I poured about 3quarts of motor oil in the car, then I checked the dip stick and it reads No Oil. The next logical set was to check if there is a leak. there was no leak, so I figure oil goes in the car, no leak, oil still in the car, maybe there is a lag in the read or my read was done on an incline. So I drove over to savvy and a mechanic read my dip stick on a flat surface it shows empty. He then pour my remaining 2quarts in the car totaling 5quarts. After the oil change, the reading reflected he correct about of oil level -5 quarts. I was really mad because I told the guy I poured 4quarts in before coming here and he did not believe me. i kept on arguing and refused to pay unless they correct it. they agreed to set it back to the correct level but had to drain a quart out slowly. One mechanic didn't want to do it because the oil plug is strange looking. So I said I can do it And I did. I went underground and turn the lever to let out the oil and he was reading the dip stick. It was a cool experience for $10. So at the end I got the job done for $10 and the lost of a quart of motor oil which I didn't wanted anyways. I want Mobil 1 but there was none in stock at Walmart. So next oil change I can start with Mobil 1 instead of using castrol gtx. The take away from this is dont trust reads dip stick after the oil change. Logic never fails.
